Co:creativo includes both User Experience Research and Customer Experience Research in our solutions because we believe this is critical to create a balanced and successful product. In our Research we conduct interviews to understand users' needs and expectations; we observe current user behavior; and we analyze solutions to determine if a prototype, beta version, or an existing product is on track to deliver a great customer experience.
